In the first episode of Dr. Nelson’s Emotion Code video series, he delves deeper into the origins of this Emotional Baggage. He uses the analogy of a persistent headache to illustrate how trapped emotions can manifest physically. Interestingly, I’ve learned that these trapped emotions can not only stem from our own experiences, but also be passed down from our parents or even previous generations – something I never considered before.
The Connection to the Subconscious
As someone who has explored the power of the subconscious mind through techniques like NLP, hypnosis, and Psych-K I’m particularly intrigued by The Emotion Code’s focus on unlocking the hidden energies that can influence our well-being.The idea that we may have emotional baggage that has been carried with us since childhood or even conception is both fascinating and humbling, especially since I’ve learned that these trapped emotions can be inherited from previous generations as well.
